Electrical Engineer (Fully Remote)

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer in the MEP (Mechanical/Engineering/Plumbing) division. The ideal candidate will provide electrical power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm design. *Fully Remote* Project types include: Municipal (police, fire and public works facilities) Park District (recreation centers, pools & maintenance buildings) Apartments, Senior living and multi-use facilities Restaurants & entertainment Gas stations, C-stores and retail Offices and warehouses Healthcare facilities Duties/Responsibilities: Produce/maintain design drawings & specifications from schematic design through construction administration Conduct field surveys and construction observation Engage with clients and staff in order to manage and coordinate scope and schedule Required Skills/Abilities/Education: Minimum of five (5) years experience designing electrical systems Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit proficiency a plus Proficient in MS Word and Excel Familiarity with building codes (NEC & IECC) Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred, but not required PE license is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,888.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: electrical design: 4 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
