Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to development teams working on Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud.• Architecture & Design: Define and lead the architectural design of Guidewire solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.• Development & Configuration: Engage in hands-on development, configuration, and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications on Cloud• Integration: Design and implement integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and other systems.• Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting best practices.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align technical solutions.• Technical Proficiency: Skills in Guidewire APD/Studio, Java, and XML for configuration and integration development.• Software Development Lifecycle: Experience in the entire SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance.• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile delivery processes and distributed teams.• Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and client relationships effectivelyPay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $70,000 per yearPay Range Maximum: $109,000 per yearHCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
