Maintenance Team Member

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our self storage facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment, supporting our commitment to excellence. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on multiple self storage facilities. Perform facility and ground maintenance tasks such as snow removal and lawncare. Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on equipment and storage facilities. Assist with facilities maintenance projects when necessary. Support Location Managers in the upkeep and general maintenance of their facilities. Assist locations in cleaning and prepping storage units and rental trucks. Candidates must have a good driving record and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position that offers competitive wages and benefits.
