System Engineer

An employer in the Hampton, VA, area is seeking a Secret Model Based Systems Engineer. This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following: focus on using models to define missions and capabilities, ensuring they align with force design and acquisition systems. The work involves analyzing these models to prioritize capabilities and optimize system performance, while collaborating on major projects and supporting delivery teams. Will be required to sit on site 5 days/week, have an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security clearance. Required Skills & Experience Active Secret security clearance (must have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI) Bachelor’s Degree (STEM preferred) 3+ years of model based systems engineering experience Experience building models in Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) Nice to Have Skills & Experience Active TS/SCI Security clearance Master’s Degree Certifications
