A company is looking for a Curriculum Developer (Remote) to design and develop customer-facing training courses and related learning assets.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) and asynchronous learning materials
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to define course content and structure
Ensure materials meet accessibility and quality standards while incorporating technical feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, or related field
Experience in designing and developing ILT and eLearning courses
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience creating instructional visuals
Familiarity with LMS platforms and proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise
Experience using AI tools for drafting and content refinement
