Based in Midland, TX, the team partners with clients to transform visions into thriving, sustainable landscapes. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Midland, TX. The Irrigation Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems for residential and commercial landscapes. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting irrigation system issues, performing routine maintenance, supervising small teams of workers, and providing excellent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed projects. Qualifications Experience in Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation techniques, including system installation and repairStrong Supervisory Skills with the ability to effectively lead and manage a teamExcellent Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for addressing system issuesEffective Communication skills for client interactions and team coordinationKnowledge of water conservation practices, preferredAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsA high school diploma or equivalent; certification in irrigation or landscaping is a plusPossession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
