Inside Sales Representative

Summary: Inside sales coordinator needed for a growing business in Athens County, Ohio. Will be responsible for making sales through nurturing a hearty existing national client-base, while also expanding sales to new customers. This is business-to-business sales that are conducted via phone and email; some (limited) travel may be required. This employer is a big believer in providing abundant training and support, so someone with a can-do attitude and self-starting work ethic can certainly become very successful in this position regardless of experience in similar sales positions. The company also employs a National Sales Manager, who will provide mentoring and guidance while onboarding, as well as ongoing professional development. This is a full-time, temporary-to-direct hire position, pending performance. Mon-Fri, normal business schedule. Compensation will be a combination of base pay plus incentive compensation, which realistically has the combined potential to equal $45K-60K per year for an experienced salesperson. Upon direct hire, a strong benefits package is included. Qualifications: Established success in a prior sales role is strongly preferred, but as previously stated, training will be provided. Must be organized and highly motivated. Must be confident and comfortable speaking with people and representing the company and products. Must be an optimistic team player with a customer service-oriented personality. Must be comfortable using CRM systems/technology.
