Benefits Testing Analyst

A large enterprise organization is seeking an experienced Benefits Testing Analyst to support a high-volume HR benefits and payroll testing initiative. This role will focus on validating benefits configurations, payroll deductions, billing accuracy, and system outputs within enterprise HR systems during a critical testing and delivery period.This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong experience in HR systems testing, benefits administration, payroll-related testing, and enterprise application validation.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute functional and regression testing related to HR benefits and payroll systemsValidate benefits eligibility, enrollment events, premium calculations, payroll deductions, and billing outputsPerform reconciliation testing between expected and actual billing or payroll resultsExecute structured test scripts, document results, and clearly capture defects and supporting evidenceValidate downstream files, reports, and system integrationsPartner with payroll, benefits, and product teams to validate fixes and retest outcomesSupport system, user acceptance, and payroll-related testing cyclesEnsure testing accuracy within fast-paced, high-volume enterprise environmentsProvide concise testing updates, defect tracking, and status reportingRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in HR systems testing, benefits administration, or benefits/payroll testingExperience executing functional and regression testing within enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of benefits deductions, payroll alignment, and testing methodologiesExperience documenting test cases, defects, and testing evidenceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced testing cyclesPreferred QualificationsExperience testing Workday Benefits or similar HRIS platformsFamiliarity with benefits billing, premium calculations, and payroll integration testingExperience supporting enterprise benefits enrollment or payroll projectsUnderstanding of effective dating, retroactivity, and benefits eligibility logicExperience testing .NET applications or enterprise HR platforms preferredThis is an excellent opportunity to support a large-scale enterprise HR and benefits initiative while gaining exposure to complex testing environments and enterprise delivery teams.
