We are dedicated to delivering a "WOW" experience to our customers and team members, with a commitment to always do the right thing while challenging the status quo.Your Role as a Service Manager:As a Service Manager, you'll lead and support a team of Service and Tire Technicians to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction at your store.What You'll Do:Coach, mentor, and train shop employees, manage performance, and assist the General Manager with hiring.Responsible for the smooth operation of the shop, which includes bay management and workflow of the location.Serves as a liaison providing clear communication between the shop, counter staff and customers.Ensure all inspection and diagnostic procedures are followed while providing the customer with professional, timely recommendations.Promote safety while ensuring quality and service standards by leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
