Service Advisor
We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our Mazda dealership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, providing a premium ownership experience, and working in a team-driven environment.Our ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to communicate effectively while helping customers understand and maintain their vehicles.What You’ll DoGreet guests as they arrive in the Service driveCommunicate empathetically with guests about their vehicleOffer solutions and added services to guestsPrepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guestProvide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changesAnalyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index ScoreProcess monetary transactionsWhat You’ll NeedPrevious automotive service advisor experience requiredFull time availability.
