Job Description
The Admin Office role supports the smooth operation of a small team by managing various administrative tasks including data entry, file organization, reception duties, and sales support. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position plays a key role in maintaining an efficient office environment using tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper files
Manage front desk activities including reception and phone handling
Support sales processes with administrative assistance
Coordinate office supplies and equipment management
Assist team members with general administrative tasksPreferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in office administration
Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
