Business Process Analyst III – Asset ManagementLocation: Houston, TX (Downtown – onsite/hybrid as needed)Employment: ContractStart: 5/18/26 – End: 12/31/26 (likely extension)Compensation: $45/hr+Brooksource is partnering with a Fortune 200 environmental services enterprise to bring on a Business Process Analyst III to support their Asset Management organization. This individual will play a critical role in bridging business operations and enterprise systems, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, process optimization, and system support.This is a great opportunity for a process‑driven analyst who enjoys working cross‑functionally, leveraging SQL for insights, and improving how asset lifecycle data is managed and reported across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as functional support for an enterprise Asset Management application, including issue triage, root‑cause analysis, and coordination with IT and vendor partnersAnalyze end‑to‑end asset lifecycle and maintenance processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesReview, validate, and reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure integrity and consistencyWrite and execute SQL queries to support ad‑hoc analysis, data validation, and operational reportingPartner closely with Asset Management, Operations, Digital, and Finance teams to gather requirements and resolve data or process issuesSupport defect identification, testing, and validation for system fixes and enhancementsDevelop and maintain process documentation, job aids, and user support materialsTranslate technical findings and system data into clear insights for non‑technical stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational metric reportingRequired Qualifications3–7 years of experience in a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar roleExperience supporting enterprise applications (Asset Management, ERP, CMMS, or similar systems)Strong working knowledge of SQL for analysis, troubleshooting, and reportingSolid understanding of data flows, integrations, and operational reportingStrong analytical skills with high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner across teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environmentProficiency with Excel and standard reporting or analysis toolsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferredEquivalent relevant experience will be considered
