This role works closely with internal team members as well as manufacturers, contractors, engineers, and end users to ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Primary: Manage active and ongoing projects, schedules, and deadlinesInterface with all members of our team to coordinate successfully complete projectsDiligently handle the relationship with our manufacturers, contractors, engineers, and end usersBecome proficient in Salesforce and our accounting system to setup project financials, generate PO's and invoicing of projectsLearn our manufacturer's selection programs and software to be able to enter orders, look up project details, and actively manage manufacturers' and customers' schedulesManage both new equipment jobs, labor jobs, and reconstruction projectsManage the manufacturer warranty process through the warranty periods of projectsProactively train and self-develop skill sets needed to become proficient in the role- online and in-person manufacturer's training.Additional: General office tasks as neededAssist in inventory managementTravel as necessary for training opportunitiesExperience and Requirements: Experience working in an office‐based, computer‐focused role supporting projects or operationsProven ability to manage multiple, complex projects at the same time, with a strong focus on driving outcomes and meeting deadlinesExperience coordinating projects primarily from an administrative standpoint, using email, phone, text, and virtual meetings to communicate and track progressComfortable working with limited field involvement, with only occasional job site visits as neededStrong organizational and time‐management skills, with the ability to manage dozens of active projects simultaneouslyHighly communicative and proactive, with a tendency towards overcommunication both internally and externallyResults‐driven mindset with a sense of urgency to resolve open items and push projects to completionComfortable working cross‐functionally with internal teams and external partnersWillingness to manage projects primarily through administrative coordination rather than hands‐on field workAbility to work independently, follow up consistently, and maintain momentum on long‐running projectsBenefits:We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with company matchLife Insurance & Health Savings Account (HSA)Short-Term and Long-Term Disability InsuranceCritical Illness & Accident CoveragePet InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysAIR Control Concepts & Midwest Machinery are Equal Opportunity Employers.
