What You'll Do As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for: Measuring and preparing ingredients accurately according to recipes and specifications to ensure consistent quality. Operating fast-paced production lines, maintaining workflow, and complying with safety protocols. Reading labels, recipes, and work orders in English to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Documenting production data precisely, including lot numbers and production metrics. Performing routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Participating in cross-training on various roles within the production line to support operational flexibility and efficiency. Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly, along with bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Location & Schedule This is an on-site position in McMinnville, OR. Work shifts are scheduled as follows: Day Shift: 5:00 AM 5:00 PM Night Shift: 5:00 PM 5:00 AM Schedule alternates weekly, with Sunday through every other Wednesday or every other Wednesday through Saturday. NOTE: All hours worked over 10 hours in a day are paid at the OT rate of time and a half!
