Graphic Design Intern

This is a 20.00 hour per week in-office Intern position. Perfect for a college student!:Graphic Design InternResponsibilitiesAssist in Design Projects: Collaborate with the design team to create visuals for various projects, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and website assets. Will work with the marketing team to develop skills needed to complete projects outside of basics.Support Brand Development: Help maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all design work aligns with the brand's identity and voice.Participate in Brainstorming Sessions: Engage in team meetings to contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, and new initiativesPrepare Files for Production: Ensure all final designs are properly formatted and ready for print or digital publication, including preparing files.Manage Design Assets: Organize and maintain digital assets, including images, templates, and project files, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.Assist in Cutting and Shipping Marketing Requests: Help prepare and package marketing materials for distribution as needed, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of requests.Photography and Videography: Support the team in capturing images or video content for various projects when needed. A plus but not required. QualificationsProficient in Adobe Suite, mainly Illustrator and InDesign.Currently in good academic standing with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPAMust be able to work 20 hours a week. Applicants should be pursuing a graphics design degree and/or communications degreeMust have a good eye for maintaining constituent brand identityOrganized and works well with a teamAble to lift up to 50 pounds
