Accountant

Accountant Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support the day-to-day financial operations of a pension fund. This role reports directly to the Fund Manager and is responsible for performing hands-on general accounting functions using QuickBooks.Key responsibilities include account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, payroll processing, and preparation of financial statements. The ideal candidate brings strong general accounting experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or 5+ years of relevant accounting experienceProficiency in QuickBooks (required)Solid experience with account reconciliation, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reportingThis role offers a fantastic benefits package and a collaborative, mission-driven work environment.
