The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of generators to ensure reliable power supply for our clients. With decades of experience and a team of factory-trained technicians.What You'll DoPerform routine maintenance on generators, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system checks.Diagnose and troubleshoot generator malfunctions and failuresReplace or repair defective parts and components as needed.Test and verify repairs to ensure proper operation.Conduct regular inspections of generators and associated systems to identify potential issues or safety hazards.Offer recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and parts used.Participate in on-call rotations for emergency repairsCommunicate with inside staff regarding the status of work orders.What You'll BringProficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment and the ability to read technical schematics.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools, up to 75+ lbs.Capable of working in various environmental conditions.Valid Driver's License3-5 years working with Kohler, Cummins, Generac, or other GeneratorsThis job is with an independent Generac channel partner and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
