Pre-K Lead Teacher

Ducklings Early learning Center is currently looking for a creative and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. Must love making new friends, smiling a lot, and going home happily exhausted because you just had The Best Day EVER!!! RESPONSIBILITIES: Create, manage and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. Create and deliver lesson plans, implement school curriculum, and assess developmental needs of students. Maintain a healthy and safe environment. Communicate positively with students, parents and staff. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: CDA, Two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required. At least 2 Years previous experience as an Early Childhood Education Teacher in a licensed preschool or early development center required. Experience using Brightwheel and Teaching Strategies a plus. Able to furnish required clearances. Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sense of humor encouraged.
