Part Time Facilities Assistant

OverviewWe are seeking a Part Time Facilities Assistant to join our team in East Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with an outside working environment, possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation in order to provide yard sign distribution in the surrounding area while focusing on high traffic/volume areas for increased visibility.Schedule: Part Time Monday - Friday, 2 - 3 days per week, shifts: 9am-12pm or 9am-1pmHourly Compensation: 15.00 - 15.00 USDLocation: 1341 Moreland Ave SEAtlanta, GA30316Parking on-site is free. Security and EV chargers on-site.Responsibilities The Part-Time Facility Assistant responsibilities includes: Facility Management and Yard Sign Distribution: Work with Facility Manager on-site to assist with other tasks as needed Yard sign distribution - driving around surrounding area to place 40-50 new signs per week, focusing on high traffic/volume areas for increased visibility Ensuring outdoor grounds are maintained - pick up trash around facility as needed Safety and Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environmentQualifications Physical Requirements Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments Ability to walk, stand, bend, and stoop Additional Qualifications Include : High School Diploma or equivalent GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in order to provide yard sign distribution in surrounding area weekly Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively Strong communication skills to interact with team members and managementIST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
