Duration: 12+ Months (Multi-Year Project)
We are looking for senior-level Oracle Exadata Engineers/Developers with 15+ years ofexperience who have hands-on expertise in building complex database-driven applications andbusiness logic on Oracle Exadata environments.
Important:
- We are NOT looking for profiles focused only on large-scale data movement, ETL, or basic DBAwork.
- The ideal candidate must have strong experience designing and developing complex OLTPdatabase applications directly on Exadata.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Exadata Engineering
- Expertise In Exadata Performance Optimization Techniques Including
- Smart Scan
- Storage Indexes
- Hybrid Columnar Compression (HCC)
Partitioning
Parallel Query Execution
Deep expertise in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL Development
Experience Building
Performance Engines
Compliance Engines
Core Business Logic directly within the database layer
Strong Knowledge OfCollectionsAdvanced PL/SQLQuery optimization
Data architecture & database design
Experience with Oracle database architecture and administration concepts
Proven Ability To Diagnose And Tune Performance Bottlenecks AcrossSQLPL/SQLStorageInfrastructure layers
Experience working in mission-critical OLTP environments
Experience with ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development)
Experience writing automated tests for database/application code
Agile environment experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated testingpractices
This is a highly technical and hands-on engineering role requiring strong development, architecture, and performance tuning expertise on Oracle Exadata platforms.
