Secures all components into place within the frame according to specifications using manual and powered hand tools. Keep work area in order and maintained for safety and efficiency.Other duties as assigned by the ManagerWORKING CONDITIONSHeated and cooled furniture manufacturing plant with concrete floors.SUPERVISION RECEIVEDMinimumSUPERVISION EXERCISEDNoneDIRECT REPORTSNoneQualificationsMINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSManufacturing Experience.Preferred Experience RequirementsExperience in furniture manufacturing,Minimum Education RequirementsLess than High SchoolPreferred Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentRequired SkillsPHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Must be able to safely use power and woodworking tools. Must be able to use arms and hands for long periods of time. Must be able to read an order ticket and pattern. Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including the ability to describe and convey nonconformance issues are required. Strict attention to detail is a must. Must be a Team Player with a positive attitude. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must have your own reliable transportation. Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours a day. Must be able to work Weekends and Overtime. Must be reliable.
