The Client Advisor - Keyholder will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by building lasting relationships with clients and providing detailed product knowledge. Duties include supporting daily store operations, overseeing inventory management, opening and closing the store, and assisting with sales strategy execution to drive revenue growth while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.QualificationsCustomer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to provide detailed product knowledge and convey the brand's heritage and valuesLeadership and team coordination skills, with experience in keyholder or supervisory rolesSales acumen and ability to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targetsStrong organizational and operational skills, including inventory management and store operationsProficiency in using retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) softwareEnthusiasm for fashion, luxury retail, and ETRO’s brand identityFlexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and special eventsPrevious experience in a luxury retail environment is preferredBilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
