At Adina, we don't just build; we create lasting foundations for thriving neighborhoods.The Area Superintendent, Concrete provides leadership and oversight across multiple job sites, crews, and concrete superintendents. This role is responsible for coordinating manpower, maintaining quality standards, managing productivity, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise multiple job sites and/or concrete superintendents across Northeast FloridaCoordinate crew scheduling, and equipment needs with project managersEnsure work is completed on time, within scope, and meets quality expectationsConduct regular job site visits to review progress, safety compliance, and crew performanceMentor and coach superintendents and foremen; provide training and leadership developmentCollaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipmentCommunicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholdersReview and approve timesheets, daily reports, and field documentationIdentify and resolve issues that may impact schedule, cost, or safetyPromote and enforce safety policies and procedures across all projectsQualifications7+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years managing multiple crews or job sitesProven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage othersStrong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and job specificationsExcellent communication, planning, and organizational skillsValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredOSHA 30 certification preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
