As a fully integrated partner delivering architecture, design, procurement, and project management services under one roof, we lead projects from Design to Completion with a commitment to innovation, accountability, and results.We are seeking a Project Architect to lead complex hospitality, multifamily, and residential projects while embodying our core principles: Engaging, Innovative, Ethical, Profitable, and Tenacious.This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional projects on scope, on budget, and on schedule.Position OverviewAs a Project Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a leader to internal teams, guiding projects across the full lifecycle-from planning and design through construction and closeout.You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination across Premier's integrated service lines while delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions that elevate the client and guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders across multiple projectsServe as a strategic partner to clients, building trusted relationships and delivering confident, transparent project experienceDrive project execution across all phases, ensuring alignment with Premier's Design to Completion approachDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, proposals, and additional service agreementsDeliver projects on scope, on budget, and on schedule, maintaining Premier's reputation for operational excellenceCollaborate across architecture, design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure integrated deliveryGuide planning, design development, and project strategy for complex developments and renovationsEnsure compliance with building codes, zoning requirements, and regulatory standardsLead coordination of design documentation across disciplines to maintain accuracy and efficiencyAnalyze project performance and provide clear reporting to stakeholdersApply innovative problem-solving and value-engineering strategies to optimize outcomesMentor and develop team members, fostering engagement and knowledge sharingSupport business development efforts and contribute to long-term client partnershipsQualifications & SkillsProfessional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)10+ years of relevant professional experienceArchitectural license preferred or actively pursuing (ARE eligible)LEED Accredited Professional preferredExperience in hospitality, multifamily, and/or high-end residential projects preferredProven experience managing complex hospitality, multifamily, or residential project; ground up / new construction preferredStrong knowledge of AIA contracts and contract negotiationExperience developing fee proposals and managing project financial performanceAdvanced proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience a plus)Working knowledge of 3D modeling tools (Rhino, SketchUp); parametric design tools (Grasshopper, Dynamo) a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook)Familiarity with Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet or similar tools preferredStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlinesDemonstrated ability to think strategically, act with integrity, and deliver results
