Finance Program Manager

🔎 About the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven Project Manager with strong stakeholder engagement experience to support key initiatives within the Finance division. This role requires close collaboration with SMEs, report owners, and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, gather metrics, and deliver impactful presentations.⚠️ Note: This is NOT a data analytics or governance-focused role. We are looking for a pure PM/BA profile with strong stakeholder management and finance domain expertise.🏢 Department OverviewThe Finance Division at plays a critical role in protecting the firm’s financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making. With ~3,000 employees globally, the team:Safeguards the firm’s books and recordsLeads risk management and regulatory complianceActs as a key advisor to senior leadership and business units💼 Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with SMEs and stakeholders to gather updates, metrics, and reporting insightsTranslate operational needs into actionable project deliverablesLead end-to-end program/project management activities across Finance & TechnologyDrive stakeholder meetings, providing clear updates on status, risks, and issuesCoordinate across teams during data analysis, testing cycles, and transition to BAUPrepare presentations, dashboards, and executive updatesIdentify and mitigate project risks proactivelyWork in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment with global teams✅ Required Skills & Experience6+ years of experience in Project Management / Business Analysis in financial servicesStrong understanding of Finance processes (GL Accounting, US GAAP / IFRS, Regulatory Reporting)Experience working with financial products:Fixed IncomeEquitiesDerivativesLoansProven ability to work with SMEs, report owners, and senior stakeholdersStrong data analysis & problem-solving skills (root cause, reconciliation, data validation)Experience with Agile methodologyHands-on with tools:MS Office (PowerPoint is critical)VisioJira / RallyAlteryx, Axiom (nice to have)Excellent communication & presentation skills🌟 What We’re Looking ForStrong communicator who can bridge Finance & Technology teamsAbility to manage high-pressure, high-visibility initiativesExperience in preparing executive-level slides and reportingProactive mindset with a focus on risk identification & mitigation
