The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing omnichannel contact center implementations along with integrations to SAP C4C or Salesforce Service Cloud environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of Genesys Contact Center implementation projectsLead Phone Bot and Chat Bot deployment initiatives for global contact center operationsDevelop and manage project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk managementCoordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful deliveryMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersEnsure timely project execution within scope and budgetIdentify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependenciesDrive stakeholder communication, meetings, and alignment across teamsSupport omnichannel integration initiatives with enterprise applications and CRM platformsRequired Skills6 9 years of experience as an IT Project ManagerStrong experience with Genesys Contact Center platformsExperience implementing Phone Bot / Chat Bot solutionsStrong understanding of Omnichannel Contact Center environmentsExperience integrating with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) OR Salesforce Service CloudStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience managing global enterprise IT projectsAbility to work onsite in Austin, TX 5 days/weekPreferred SkillsSAP C4C Intermediate (3 5 years)Salesforce Service Cloud Intermediate (3 5 years)Experience in Contact Center modernization initiativesAgile/Scrum project management experience
