The company's work spans installation, service, maintenance, and broader indoor comfort solutions.Elite Heating and Cooling is hiring an HVAC Estimator to support an overloaded estimating department and help manage a steady flow of new construction opportunities. This is a technical estimating role with project coordination responsibilities, serving as a go-between with general contractors and superintendents in the field. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background and wants to grow within HVAC estimating in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare HVAC estimates for new construction projectsSupport commercial and residential estimating effortsCoordinate with general contractors and field superintendentsReview plans, specs, and project requirementsAssist with takeoffs, pricing, and scope developmentHelp keep estimating workflows organized and on scheduleQualificationsMechanical engineering degree or equivalent, HVAC estimating experience requiredHVAC internship or related estimating experience preferredStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to communicate professionally with GCs and field teamsDetail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesPay and BenefitsFull-Time.
