Controller (42463) Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area that’s looking for a Controller. This company is looking for someone with 6+ years of experience, analytical, and who has excellent leadership skills. This company offers a collaborative culture, flexibility, and a strong, tenured team. This position is hybrid after training is complete.The salary for this job is $90k - $110k.The Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Final review and oversight of all accounting and financial reportingEnsure accuracy of journal entries and technical accounting workOversee budget, annual reporting, and federal/state compliance deadlinesManage complex funding streams Ensure all reporting ties out and meets regulatory/statutory requirementsWork closely with external auditors (state & federal audits)High-level oversight vs. doing transactional workResponsible for validating team output and ensuring financial accuracy across the organizationThe Controller will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA or CMA preferred 6+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including supervisory experienceStrong analytical capabilities with an aptitude for problem solving and process improvementFunctions at a high level when working independently or in a groupExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skillsEqual Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
