You will run a full-cycle expansion sales motion within an existing customer book—identifying whitespace, building pipeline, leading discovery, shaping solutions, negotiating terms, and closing revenue.This is a highly commercial role with short, execution-focused sales cycles, typically 1-3 weeks. Success requires creating demand within current accounts, navigating timelines, inventory, production, and budget, and shaping solutions that convert opportunities into repeatable revenue streams.Key responsibilities:Own a quarterly target and consistently meet or exceed quota within a defined portfolio of existing clientsDrive the full commercial cycle—from opportunity creation through discovery, proposal, negotiation, close, and expansionIdentify and create new revenue opportunities by mapping stakeholders, uncovering budgets, and expanding into new teams and use casesConfidently navigate a catalog of thousands of promotional products to recommend the right items for each opportunityBuild and deepen multi-threaded relationships by developing champions and engaging decision-makers across the organizationLead discovery to uncover customer goals, timelines, priorities, budget, and buying processDevelop and present proposals, pricing, and commercial recommendations tied to customer goals and operational feasibilityEffectively negotiate your orders to win deals against major players in the industryCreate demand by introducing new branded merchandise and gifting use cases and packaging repeatable programsPartner closely with Vendor Management to shape feasible solutions and ensure a smooth and high-quality post-close executionCollaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Management, and Supply Chain to align on account strategy and growth plansMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reportingAct as a voice of the customer—surfacing feedback to improve results, messaging, product, and account playsRepresent Reachdesk at customer meetings, events, webinars, and partner gatherings to deepen relationships and uncover new opportunitiesAbout You3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in branded merchandise, promotional products, event/experiential solutions, print/production, packaging, or similar physical or customized offeringsProven track record of exceeding quota and expanding revenueExperience selling solutions that involve timelines, logistics, or delivery considerations, with the ability to navigate tradeoffs with customersStrong commercial instincts—able to uncover opportunity, create urgency, negotiate effectively, and structure commercially sound dealsClear visual attention to detail with an appreciation for how marketers perceive their brand imageProven ability to run full-cycle deals in fast-paced, short-cycle sales environmentsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior decision-makersHighly self-motivated and organized—thrives in a high-activity environment with continuously improving offeringsProficient with CRM and sales productivity tools (Netsuite experience preferred)Strong team player with a positive, collaborative attitude and clear cross-functional communicationAbout the BenefitsCompetitive salary, stock options, and 401(k) matching programDental, hearing, vision, and life insuranceFlexible PTOA super collaborative culture with innovative, fun, and dedicated people*Reachdesk believes a diverse team helps us achieve our mission faster, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
