Quality Control ManagerLocation: Streator, IllinoisIndustry: Manufacturing / Industrial EquipmentCompensation: 90k - 120k Base Salary + Bonus A growing manufacturing operation in Streator, IL is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead plant quality systems and ensure production standards across manufacturing operations.This individual will oversee quality programs, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering closely with production leadership to maintain high standards across the facility.This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing quality leader who understands how to balance production demands with quality standards.Key Responsibilities• Lead all plant quality control and assurance programs • Oversee inspection processes across manufacturing operations • Develop and maintain quality standards, documentation, and procedures • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards • Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions • Partner with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes • Manage and mentor quality technicians and inspectors • Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiativesQualifications• 3+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment • Prior leadership or supervisory experience within a quality department • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing processes • Experience with inspections, audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions • Ability to work cross-functionally with production and engineering teams • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferredWhy This Opportunity• Leadership role within a growing manufacturing operation • Opportunity to build and improve plant quality systems • Work directly with plant leadership and production teams • Stable manufacturing environment with long-term growth potential
