Desirable applicants will have experience in either law enforcement, corrections, fire and rescue service, emergency medical services, or military service (multiple MOS' applicable). L4 also considers private security professionals with outstanding records of proven service in the sector. Applicants must pass a thorough background investigation and drug screening before employment as well as agree to submit to random drug screenings throughout their employment. Compensation varies by contract, increases with time and successful service and company healthcare plans are available.An Unarmed Security Guard comprises the base element of security services. General duties and responsibilities including providing security services to a variety of clients.
