Senior Technical Recruiter (contract)
Location: Los Angeles, CA – In office 4 days/weekDuration: ContractWME is seeking a Contract-based Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at WME, supporting high-impact hiring across our Technology organization. This role will partner closely with senior leaders, including VP-level stakeholders, to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical technical functions. This role reports to the Director of Recruiting.This is a highly visible opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments and can operate with a high degree of ownership, judgment, and stakeholder influence.What You’ll DoLead full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical roles (e.g., software engineering, infrastructure, IT, data, and product)Partner directly with senior stakeholders to intake, calibrate, and refine hiring strategiesBuild and manage robust candidate pipelines, leveraging proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mappingDrive an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiationManage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-throughCollaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Recruiting Ops, and leadership to ensure alignment and efficiencyHelp bring structure and clarity to recruiting processes in a dynamic, evolving environmentSupport organizational initiatives in partnership with HR as needed, including:Updating and refining job descriptions across the tech organizationAssisting with role leveling and scope alignmentWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in-house within a complex or high-growth organizationStrong proficiency with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related recruiting technologies), including pipeline management, and candidate tracking best practicesProven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisionsStrong experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles (engineering, infrastructure, enterprise systems, etc.)Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and operate independentlyExcellent communication skills with a polished, client-facing presenceStrong organizational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments (media/entertainment experience is a plus)Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
