ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute dishes to Cotogna’s standards of quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling practices Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow cooks during service Assist with daily prep and station setup/breakdown Support a positive and professional kitchen culture QualificationsPrevious line cook experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume or fine dining environment Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and attention to detail Passion for seasonal ingredients and Italian cuisine Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and as part of a team Michelin experience is a plus, but not required This is an opportunity to grow within a dynamic kitchen led by a team committed to excellence, hospitality, and continuous learning.
