Construction Program Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking an Associate Program Manager for a large enterprise retail healthcare client. This individual will support construction and facilities‑related programs by coordinating stakeholders, tracking budgets, managing schedules, and ensuring projects move smoothly from early planning through execution. The role partners closely with Program Managers and Sponsors, providing day‑to‑day communication, financial tracking, risk identification, and cross‑functional coordination across architecture, engineering, store layout, operations, and construction teams. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting high‑visibility programs with significant capital budgets and strong exposure to enterprise‑level program management best practices. Day-to-DaySupport and manage construction-related programs and initiatives from concept through executionCoordinate day‑to‑day communication with sponsors and key stakeholdersTrack budgets and provide financial support for capital programs ($1M–$50M)Handle invoicing, meeting notes, and project documentationSchedule and facilitate stakeholder and cross‑functional meetingsIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies and help develop resolution plansMaintain project plans, milestones, and schedules using CVS program management toolsCollaborate with Architecture & Engineering, Store Layout, Operations, Finance, and Construction teamsProvide regular status updates and reporting on program performance Must-Haves3–5 years of program or project management experienceExperience supporting and managing projects from early planning through executionStrong stakeholder and sponsor communication skills (email and meetings)Experience with budget tracking and financial support for capital programsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas)Experience creating and presenting materials in PowerPointAbility to identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plansExperience coordinating with cross‑functional teams PlussesRetail or store‑based construction experienceExperience with Tririga or similar financial/project management softwareExposure to construction, store closures, or large‑scale rollout programsExperience supporting multiple concurrent project
