The company is committed to delivering excellence and reliability in workforce recruitment and management.Role DescriptionTitle: Recruiting ManagerReports to: IntegratorDepartment: RecruitingRole Type: ManagerRole Category: FT Salaried, ExemptSupervises: RecruitersGeneral Description: Manages and optimizes the entire talent acquisition function, driving sourcing strategy and process efficiency to ensure a robust, qualified candidate pipeline and predictable hiring outcomes.Responsibilities:The Recruiting Manager oversees recruiting strategy and process by:1. Developing and executes comprehensive, data-driven sourcing strategies to meet all agency hiring goals.2. Leading and directing the recruiting team to achieve time to hire and cost to hire key performance metrics.3. Monitoring and improving the efficiency of the recruitment funnel, specifically achieving and increasing the Offer Acceptance Rate.4. Analyzing sourcing channel performance data to Optimize recruitment spending and maximize Sourcing Channel Efficiency5. Delivering qualified candidates that adhere to Summit’s Core Values to HR for onboarding and Fields Operations for scheduling and placement.The Recruiting Manager impacts talent and quality assurance by:1. Coaching and guiding subordinate recruiters to enhance overall Quality of Hire, as measured by Field Operations feedback and first-year retention rates.2. Maintaining and utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and consistent candidate experience.3. Collaborating with the Sales and Field Operations teams to define talent requirements and secures alignment on required job specifications for effective placements.The Recruitment Manager shows leadership by:1. being a good steward of all Summit’s resources.2. being an example of Summit’s Core Values and champions our Mission and Vision.Accountabilities of all Managers1. Definea. Develops managerial plan for achieving departmental/unit goals.b. Conducts regular meetings with all immediate subordinate employees to discuss overall business context, plans, and problems; ensures employees understand how their roles and tasks align with organization’s mission and vision; seeks inputs/suggestions from subordinate employees.c. Assigns tasks, projects, or special assignments clearly so employees know what is required of them, how much, by when and what resources are available for them to use to achieve the task.2. Hirea. Requests additional staff from own manager when need has been determined.b. Selects new employees that immediate manager also has judged to be qualified for the rolec. Ensures that new employees are effectively oriented and trained into role requirements, working relationships, and company requirements and culture.3. Coacha. Coaches subordinates to increase their effectiveness in role.4. Recognizea. Appraises how effectively subordinate employees use their judgment and discretion in solving problems; discusses appraisals with them as an ongoing working dialogue.b. Decides subordinate pay and merit increases within established organization compensation guidelines; communicates pay revisions with them.5. Developa. Recommend opportunities about your Team Members’ development and career growth when appropriate to own manager.b. Coordinate development plans for your Team Members at the direction of own manager.c. Makes de-selection decisions if employees cannot perform the work required and informs own manager.d. Makes dismissal decisions if employees are found guilty of a serious infraction of the company’s rules and regulations and informs own manager.Job Specific Qualifications1. HS Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s in related field preferred.2. Expertise with ATS systems (5 Years+)3. Familiarity with onboarding (Paycor, 3 Years+)4. Expertise in employee sourcing methods (5 years+, job fairs, job boards, referral programs)5. Expert in standard office software (GSuite, Microsoft Office, 5 Years+)6.
