Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

Role description Job Title Business Analyst Job Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in card and payments within the issuing domain This role involves business analysis understanding of issuing platforms and mentoring the development team from a functional perspective Key Responsibilities 1 Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs challenges and objectives 2 Conduct stakeholder discussions and perform document analysis to capture and refine feature requirements 3 Analyze existing business processes AsIs identify gaps prioritize requirements and ensure clarity and feasibility 4 Break down features into welldefined user stories with clear acceptance criteria 5 Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding 6 Collaborate closely with developers testers architects and product owners to ensure solutions meet business goals 7 Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning sprint planning backlog refinement and daily scrums Required Skills 1 Strong understanding of the endtoend cards and payments lifecycle from merchant initiation through clearing settlement and posting 2 Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities 3 Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills 4 Effective stakeholder management skills 5 Solid understanding and handson experience with AgileScrum methodologies 6 Experience in usecase analysis feature creation backlog refinement and sprint planning 7 Knowledge of payment messaging standards such as ISO 20022 and ISO 8583 8 Experience in the card issuing and payments domain 9 Ability to guide teams through complex functional and integration requirements Good to have skills 1 Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis validation and troubleshooting 2 Understanding of APIs and Microservices architecture including REST concepts and integrations 3 Familiarity with API documentation tools eg SwaggerOpenAPI 4 Basic knowledge of data flows and system integrations in distributed systems Skills Mandatory Skills : Card Issuing Domain Other details Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”): Benefits and Perks: Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k) Plan with Company match Life Insurance Vacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
