This role is ideal for clinicians who want a consistent caseload, autonomy in scheduling, and strong clinical support.What full-time looks like:20 to 25 client sessions per weekEvening availability requiredHybrid schedule (in-person and virtual)What Youll DoProvide therapy to individuals, couples, and familiesUse a relational and systemic lens in your clinical workMaintain timely documentation (48-hour standard)Participate in weekly supervision and consultationCollaborate with a team that values growth and accountabilityWhat Were Looking ForMasters or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related fieldLicensed in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) or pre-licensed with strong clinical foundationExperience or strong interest in couples and family therapyCommitment to working with clients of color, particularly Black and Latino communitiesAt least one clinical niche (trauma, anxiety, couples work, adolescents, etc.)Willingness to be credentialed with insurance panels (BCBS, Cigna, Aetna)Evening and weekend availabilityCompensation & BenefitsW-2 position with competitive hourly pay based on licensure and experienceAccrued paid time off$500 annual CEU/professional development stipendFree weekly supervision (individual and group)Flexible, self-managed schedulingPractice-supported referrals and marketingOngoing training in relational and systemic therapyWhy Join UsStrong focus on couples and relational workA practice rooted in community impact and cultural relevanceSupport without micromanagementSpace to grow clinically and professionallyHow to ApplySend the following to :Resume or CVCover letter2 references (one professional, one personal) with a brief explanationFlexible work from home options available.
