The role involves working with AI tools, data analytics platforms, and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, reporting, forecasting, and customer or enterprise experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze operational and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Develop AI/ML-based insights, dashboards, and predictive models.Support automation initiatives using AI tools and analytics platforms.Collaborate with business, operations, and technical teams to gather requirements.Monitor AI model performance and ensure data accuracy and quality.Prepare reports, visualizations, and presentations for stakeholders.Assist in implementing AI-driven process improvements and recommendations.Support data integration, cleansing, and validation activities.Research emerging AI technologies and analytics best practices.Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.Required SkillsKnowledge of AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts.Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.Understanding of SQL, Python, or data analysis tools.Familiarity with AI platforms, automation tools, and cloud technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AI/ML tools and dashboard platforms is preferred.Certifications in AI, Data Analytics, or Cloud technologies are an advantage.Tools & TechnologiesProgramming: Python, SQLVisualization: Power BI, TableauAI/ML Tools: TensorFlow, Azure AI, OpenAI APIsDatabases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL ServerCloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
