Revenue Cycle Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team. Responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process within The Remedy organization, ensuring efficient billing, collections, and revenue management. This role involves coordinating with various departments to optimize patient flow, reduce claim denials, and enhance cash flow. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, implementing best practices for billing and coding, monitoring compliance with regulations, training staff, and identifying areas for improvement. The goal is to maximize revenue while providing high-quality patient care and maintaining operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes are essential for success in this position.
