Operator 1, Machine Compensation $20.00 per hour paid biweekly Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates) Operator 1, Machine Highlights Temporary assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Schedule: 1st shift Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week) Onsite daily Operator 1, Machine Responsibilities Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision Maintain accurate records/logs in accordance with FDA , GMP , and ISO9000 requirements Work effectively in a team environment to support team goals and objectives Follow standard operating procedures and make routine decisions as required Operator 1, Machine Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English Ability to perform basic math calculations Effective communication skills (able to communicate with coworkers and supervisor/team lead) Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed Must be able to report to work on a regular, punctual basis Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Operator 1, Machine Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities Strong teamwork and ability to get along well with others If you think this Operator 1, Machine position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
