WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN OUR TEAM: Casual, friendly and fun work environment We value employee input to achieve continuous improvement Work Hours 8 am – 4:30 pm, no evenings or weekends Competitive pay: Starting range $19-$21 (based on experience), with room to grow Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance PTO: Vacation and Sick Time Retirement Plan: 401K (SIMPLE Plan) with company match YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Taking customer phone calls to answer product questions, directing customer inquiries to appropriate staff, and process order documentation Use Excel to generate and manipulate sales data for reports Research, coordinate and assist with tradeshows Prepare and coordinate sales literature, advertising and sales presentations Assist with customer surveys Research industry specific marketing and advertising opportunities Maintain, monitor, and update company’s website and social media sites Update and maintain information in systems and files Support other departments & company wide initiatives YOUR QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE: Customer service experience - phones and/or in person At least 1 year of experience working in an office setting Experience working with Excel spreadsheets (entering and sorting data as well as creating spreadsheets) Ability to multi-task, organize and problem solve Customer service driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Outgoing, assertive personality and positive attitude Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Programs A background in farming, ranching, agriculture would be helpful.
