The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, and geriatric care facilities. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and make a meaningful impact on their lives. *Duties* - Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients - Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain - Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation *Experience* - Experience in hospital, acute care, geriatrics, clinic, orthopedics, inpatient, or home community care settings is preferred - Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team - Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Pay: Up to $80.00 per hour Benefits: Continuing education credits Medical Specialty: Geriatrics Home Health Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Schedule: Choose your own hours Monday to Friday License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Preferred) CPR Certification (Required) Ability to Relocate: Palm Beach Gardens, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: On the road
