The studio fosters a collaborative environment with a team of skilled professionals who rapidly develop and validate promising concepts.About the RoleWe are seeking a Web Design Intern to join our team in a part-time, hybrid role based in Redmond, WA. This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer who wants hands-on experience creating modern, user-friendly digital content in a real startup environment. You will work primarily in Webflow, helping design and build responsive web pages and support our digital presence across our website and advertising channels. You will assist with ad content and direct marketing efforts as needed.What You'll DoDesign and build responsive web pages using WebflowHelp improve UI/UX across our website and applicationsCreate and update graphics, layouts, and digital assetsSupport marketing and customer-facing materialsAssist with social media and ad creativeCollaborate with team members to bring ideas from concept to live experiencesQualificationsProficiency and experience in Webflow and FigmaUnderstanding of core design principles (layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography, and UI/UX)Strong visual design skills and attention to detailAbility to follow brand guidelines and creative directionComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentA self-starter who enjoys contributing on a small, collaborative teamFamiliarity with responsive and mobile-first designExperience creating social media or digital ad contentAbility to recognize and write compelling copyInterest in startups, branding, or technology-driven businessesMore DetailsLocation: Mostly remote role with 2 hours per week on-site in Redmond, WATime Commitment: 16 hours per weekCompensation: $21 per hourTerm: May 18 - Oct 2, 2026How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a portfolio of past design work (a link).
