Robinson is seeking an **EHS Program Manager - Energy** to join our team. In this role you will provide guidance, development, training, resources, and technical expertise that supports all safety programs/projects for the C.H. Robinson Energy Vertical. You will serve as the network developer of safety programs and policies, and drive safety projects. You will be responsible for engaging all leadership with C.H. Robinson's safety vision and ensuring we are the leaders in safety development. In addition, you will be responsible for partnering with all departmental teams and execute company EHS policies, programs, projects, and ensure compliance to all applicable local, regional, and federal regulations.This role may be based in Oklahoma City, OK, Houston, TX, Odessa, TX or Midland, TX.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:+ Possess a thorough understanding of local/regional/federal regulations and company policy+ Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all applicable CH Robinson policies+ Develop and implement EHS programs/policies, and applicable training+ Lead EHS projects from conception to completion/result+ Maintain, sustain, and amend EHS programs/policies as needed+ Observe, inspect, audit our safety programs, and maintain tracking/trending KPI's+ Help and support our Learning/Training program+ Help and support our Food Safety program+ Drive ergonomic impacts and partner with observational programs**QUALIFICATIONS**Required:+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university+ Minimum 6 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and SafetyPreferred:+ Master's Degree from an accredited college or university+ Minimum 8 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety in manufacturing, warehousing, etc.+ Effective and flexible communication skills - interfacing with all departmental leaders+ Excellent administrative/project skills - presentations, trend graphing, developing EHS programs/policies/projects from conception to completion/result+ Strong problem-solving skills+ Have a positive attitude and solution seeker for all opportunities+ Demonstrated experience of successfully building and managing programs/projects+ Project management or equivalent professional certification+ Possess safety certifications (ASP, CSP, etc.)+ Values a diverse and inclusive work environmentWe will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.**Compensation Range**$84,800.00 - $191,000.00The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
