Membership Engagement Coordinator

Through custom curated events and benefits, CEO provokes new wisdom, creates global friendships, and strengthens its close-knit membership community.The Membership Engagement Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, DC, USA. This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing the member experience throug more than 200 Local Events - luncheons, cocktail paties, and dinners. Day-to-day responsibilities include evetn logistics, responding to member inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and supporting membership communications such as emails, newsletters, and event invitations. The coordinator will assist in planning and executing Local Events, coordinate logistics and registrations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-touch experience. This position also supports administrative tasks such as preparing reports, tracking engagement metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase member participation and satisfaction.Qualifications• 1-2 years of experience in event planning and member engagement.• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or event management preferred. • High level of professionalism, stature, and interpersonal skills to interact with C-suite executives.• Ability to maintain professional demeanor in high-stress situations.• Strong customer service attitude and the ability to build collaborative relationships with members, vendors, and other staff.• Experience planning and executing events.• Ability to professionally collaborate in an internationally based, multi-cultural organization.• Results driven and ability to be proactive in achieving desired outcomes.• Ability to maintain, analyze, and report on data.• Ability to create processes and structures.• Exceptional organizational, planning, analytical, and prioritization skills.• Proficiency in Canva or another design platform.• Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions.• Passion for excellence and team-oriented, collaborative work style.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• High proficiency in Microsoft environment (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce.• Positive, upbeat attitude.
