Through mentorship, education, and leadership development, we are committed to equipping the next generation with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive.Our work is rooted in faith, service, and community, and we are seeking leaders who are aligned with these values and called to make a meaningful impact.Position SummaryWe are seeking a committed Christian leader who is actively engaged in their church and community to serve as our Director of Development & Corporate Partnerships.This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving fundraising strategy, building high-impact partnerships, and generating sustainable revenue to support and expand our mission.The ideal candidate is a proven fundraiser who can confidently lead development efforts, cultivate meaningful relationships, and secure significant financial support.
