Behavior Technician - Entry Level- Spanish Speaking
Ascent ABA is a California based ABA provider that is both clinician-owned and family-owned. We are seeking candidates for Entry Level Behavior Technician roles. These positions involve delivering in-home services within the Inland Empire area. We're looking for individuals with strong skills in applied behavior analysis who possess experience or a strong interest in working with individuals dealing with autism and related developmental disabilities. Moreover, we offer our team in-person BCBA supervision.

The responsibilities of Behavior Technicians encompass various tasks, including:
Implementing function-based behavior plans
Implementing PRT
Implementing BST
Employing intensive ABA teaching methods
Providing community-based instruction
Teaching functional life skills
Offering services in homes, communities, or school settings. The role may also involve physical activities like lifting, kneeling, and bending.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age of 18 years.
Ability to assist patients and lift up to 30 pounds.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Fluent in Spanish
Valid US Work authorization.
Drivers license
Travel:
The Behavior Technician role involves fieldwork and frequent travel within the designated region to various clients. The ideal candidate should have a dependable mode of transportation. Our cases are primarily in the Inland Empire region, including Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, and Fontana.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
