Electrical Technical Trainer
Job Family: Technical Trainer (Line, Substation, and Metering)Job SummaryThe Technical Trainer plans, develops, and delivers technical training programs to support employee development across Gas and Electric Operations, including Line, Substation, and Metering functions. This role provides high-quality, timely, and innovative training focused on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.The Technical Trainer partners closely with Operations, Construction, Engineering, Customer Operations, and field leadership to assess training needs, develop curriculum, and ensure employees are prepared to work safely, effectively, and in compliance with all applicable OSHA, regulatory, and industry requirements.
