Job Title Process Engineer Overview Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world and grow your career in a diverse, global environment. As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring new products to market and support existing operations. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Commissioning, qualifying, and supporting assembly for SCBA products. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to scale up and qualify new products. Leading continuous improvement projects in a Lean Manufacturing environment. Leading programs to improve product and process understanding (PPU) with emphasis on statistical techniques. Determining and implementing capital improvement projects. Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures and security standards. Contributing to a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement. Your Skills and Expertise Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start). Experience in project management. Experience working with Lean Manufacturing concepts/practices. Demonstrated experience participating on cross‑functional teams. Flexible to provide support across different shifts of manufacturing operations as needed. Engineering co‑op or internship experience. Self‑starter, self‑directed, with high energy and passion. Work Location Monroe, NC Travel may include up to 10% domestic/international. Relocation may be authorized. Pay & Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is $98,964 – $120,957.
