Lab Manager (Dev & Validation Lab)

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Own the development and validation lab: equipment, safety, benches, and the infrastructure engineers depend on daily. *What you'll do:* * Manage lab equipment, calibration, and utilization * Own lab safety, ESD, and chemical programs * Plan bench and rack capacity for the team * Manage lab purchasing and vendor service * Support prototype logistics *What you'll bring:* * 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations * Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations * Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
